Refund & Cancellation Policies
1. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. However, we understand that life happens, so if you change your mind please contact us within 24 hours to get a full refund. No refunds will be made after 24 hours of purchase.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
3. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Each session shall be 30 minutes or 1 hour in length, depending on what was purchased. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client. Your trainer will wait 15 minutes for you to arrive or contact them until you are considered a "no show". Scheduled clients who are more than 15 minutes late and do not notify their trainer, will be charged in full.
